The People Behind HomingPower
Gavin Leith
Gavin Leith is the founder of HomingPower and a licensed general contractor in Omaha. He grew up on a ranch in small-town Iowa and comes from a family of builders. Since the 1970s, his family has been involved in custom homebuilding, including luxury log homes and unique projects throughout the Midwest. Being around that work from an early age gave Gavin a lasting appreciation for homes, not only how they're built, but how they're maintained and cared for over time.
Omaha is now home for Gavin, his wife, Lauren, and their baby girl.
Gavin has always enjoyed working with people, and that has become one of his favorite parts of HomingPower. He gets to know his clients, their homes, and what matters to them. Sometimes that means solving a problem. Other times it's helping someone think through a project, making sense of what their home needs, or simply being the person they know they can call when a question comes up.
That relationship with homeowners is a big part of why Gavin started HomingPower in the first place. He wanted to build a company that could bring real knowledge of homes together with an equally strong understanding of the people who live in them, and then carry both forward over time.
For Gavin, HomingPower is about building something useful, lasting, and personal: a company people trust with the place they call home.
Jordan Pinion
Jordan leads the technology and digital strategy behind HomingPower, bringing together marketing, technology, and the overall digital experience. He has a genuine passion for finding ways technology can simplify how things work, bring new ideas to life, and help HomingPower continue to grow.
He especially enjoys the process of building, testing, and improving the tools and ideas that help HomingPower better connect with and serve homeowners. Whether it's something customers interact with directly or technology working behind the scenes, Jordan is focused on making sure the experience feels as personal and thoughtful as the service behind it.
Outside of HomingPower, Jordan loves spending time with his family, coaching youth basketball, playing golf, watching sports, and traveling whenever he gets the chance.
